We started using EasyScan about 18 months ago and it has made such a huge difference to not only our order fulfilment procedures but has improved customer satisfaction due to less stock discrepancies and incorrectly sent items. We use Easyscan everyday and it has been an incredible tool. Charlie is an all-star and is always quick to help with functionality within the app. We just started using the app to track our inventory and we love it, it does so much! This app is a must have if you ship packages and have a large inventory.
We use this app for our pick & pack workflow in our warehouse and are very happy! Support is really helpful and quick too! They even implemented an additional setting to show/hide the order note on the orders overview page in less than 24 hours after our request. Thank you guys!
