I think like many other apps they failed in providing a simple solution of JUST sync price x quantity for products matching SKUs.

The only way the system working is either by import from Ebay to Shopify or export from Shopify to Ebay, on both solutions you open your store products to be manipulated by them, what is terrible risk if you synchronize several marketplaces.

I also dislike the permissions, I think request to much access.

Hello Ana,

While we embrace feedback I don’t think it’s fair to place a 1 star review on our app while you haven’t used it but inquired about your use case after installation which is not advertised as one of its functions.

Our app only asks for permissions needed for the app to function. I see you have added 8 similar 1 star reviews on other connector apps with the same concerns. I think it would be better to realise connector apps need these to function as advertised and if that’s unacceptable for you keep the process manual.

This app works flawlessly, and the support team responds quickly and solves problems quickly. All you have to do is set it up properly and you won't have any problems. The person who left a 1-star review saying that it screwed up the SKUs, it's because he didn't set it up correctly. I updated over 300 items at once and it didn't screw anything up.

The reason I'm uninstalling is because unfortunately, the app doesn't upload videos. So, if you have videos in your listings, you will have to upload those separately, and manually on your own. Unfortunately, this doesn't work for me.

The Etsy integration app is amazing. however, this one not so much. I've literary spent all Christmas weekend trying to stop this app from posting listings that were already linked to products & listing that I've deleted directly from Ebay and Shopify. I'm now out $60 in the span of 3 days just from one listing that wont go away and gets uploaded multiple times a day, after removing it. The app also wont let me disconnect my EBay account which is very concerning

You should be greatful for 2 stars. There's no way to upload your Shopify items to your store, via the categories you created on your eBay store. A professional store is categorized, period. They say they're working on it. Shouldv'e already had it set up like that.

So I look into to adding my items to an eBay category. The most appropriate category. That category only had a "New" condition to select. Not Used,etc., only New.

This app tells me I can't upload unless I choose the correct condition. There's only one and it's New. There is no other option. I spent more time wasting my time with this app, than I spent designing and putting together my eBay store.
