We have a Japan-specific modification request regarding the screen that appears after pressing the “Edit Shipping Address” button.

Currently, the fields are displayed in the order “First Name” followed by “Last Name.”
We would like to request that this order be reversed — that is, “Last Name” first, then “First Name.”

In Japan, this is the natural and expected order of name entry, and the current sequence is not acceptable to Japanese users.

Please consider making this change.

There is no reply to support tickets and the chat inside the app is not working. Apparently the app can not be translated in my language.. and it is full of bugs. Ohh.. and the Native Upsells functional is not working yet.. I guess is just listed in the description to upsell the app..

This app saves hours of customer service work every week that we used to spend managing order edits and cancellations. For anxious customers these often felt like crisis-level events, but now they can manage these changes on their own. What was unexpected is how frequently the "download invoice" function is used. We hadn't realized our customers desired this option so much.

The app owner is definitely making something big. Both front end and back end look really good and work as a charm. Must have to defer some of your customer support tickets.

Best order editing app on the store. Have tried multiple others and this is by far the best. Works smoothly, does what it promises and doesn't bug/crash.

Order Editing has been an absolute game-changer. Our customers can now easily edit their orders post-purchase - changing shipping addresses, sizes, or quantities - without contacting customer service. This has significantly reduced our support tickets and the costs associated with shipping errors - I can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic new app for order editing. I picked this app because it had all the features of another top leading order editing app, plus it appeared to be in further development - and indeed it is - which opens ways to get all that's needed for the perfect user experience.

If you want to add order editing to reduce customer support, other apps that offer limited options (e.g. just order cancellation or address change) won't make a dent, and you need an app like this.

UI is very clean and in line with the store theme.
