eBooster for TikTok Shop

Fantastic Support & Seamless Integration!

We switched to eBooster after weeks of back and forth (and silence!) from TikTok Shop support, and we're so glad we did. Cecilia assisted us and was absolutely brilliant — she replied instantly, answered all our questions clearly, and helped us resolve an issue that TikTok hadn't been able to figure out.

We were struggling with duplicated orders and products, and Shopify's native TikTok app just wouldn’t map our products correctly. Cecilia identified the problem straight away and guided us through a full reset and re-sync using eBooster. Everything worked perfectly after that.

Her responsiveness and knowledge saved us so much time and stress — we were finally able to get our products synced and orders flowing again without any issues. Really happy with the app and especially with the top-tier support from Cecilia. Highly recommended!

Amazing. I was using a previous app before but as the my orders increased so did the price on the other app to the point where I found ebooster which is more than half the price! I found that ebooster had all the functionality I needed and actually done some of it better and if it didn’t the team where more than accommodating in to implementing what I needed!

The app looks like it’s going to be exactly what I need. It’s simple and straightforward to use. Joyce helped me today and gave me the best customer service I’ve had in forever. He was super patient and walked me through every little detail between Shopify and TikTok. I was super frustrated at the start of the day, but by the end, I was totally happy. The support team is awesome! Joyce helped me get everything set up with Lightspeed Retail, and once I got everything linked, the app works like a charm. Syncing orders and inventory is lightning fast, though names and prices take a sec. The only downside for me is that it doesn't sync customer profiles with Lightspeed, so I get a ton of duplicate profiles in my system. Because of that, I can't sync orders, and I miss out on important sales reports I need for restocking. So, while I still recommend the app, just keep that in mind if you're using Lightspeed. I might need to find something else for now, but if they fix the customer data sync, I’d definitely consider coming back.
