Merchants highly recommend this app for its ability to edit orders directly, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. It supports editing line items, changing shipping details, adjusting pricing, and bulk updates. Integration with Shopify Flow and the addition of extra item properties are also valued. Wonderful app that opens up more editing options than the Shopify standard editing! We work a lot with line item properties and it's great to have a way to edit those on an order. It's also a great way to change an order from Local Pickup to Shipping, if a customer changes their mind.
The customer service is also great. They recently added a requested feature to prevent using the Advanced Mode on Managed Markets orders (short version - not a good idea to use it on those). That will undoubtedly save us, and probably some other merchants, from future headaches.
We had an issue with Shopify when they released a new update for their software but Cleverific fixed the problem very quickly which was great! Thank you to Laura at the Cleverific team! She was very fast to respond and assured me the issue was being fixed and looked into.
We had a complex headless Shopify marketplace need, and Cleverific—especially Andrew—went above and beyond to help us solve it. Not only do they do excellent work, but they’re also incredibly easy to work with.
