Cleverific Order Editing

Been using the app for 5 years. One of the few apps in the whole store that lets you edit customers orders after being placed. Great app and incredible support team.

Have had a couple of issues with the app here and there over the years, but customer service is excellent and quick to respond and stay in contact. After they fixed the last bug we experienced, they reached out a few days later and made sure the app was continuing to work appropriately!

We use Cleverific for their self-serve order editing feature. We looked at all the other apps with that functionality in our evaluation, and Cleverific was far and away the best with user experience, stability, and service. We have been very happy with the app after using it for several months from all of our Shopify stores.

Wonderful app that opens up more editing options than the Shopify standard editing! We work a lot with line item properties and it's great to have a way to edit those on an order. It's also a great way to change an order from Local Pickup to Shipping, if a customer changes their mind.

The customer service is also great. They recently added a requested feature to prevent using the Advanced Mode on Managed Markets orders (short version - not a good idea to use it on those). That will undoubtedly save us, and probably some other merchants, from future headaches.
