Cleverific Order Editing

Great app for customers to edit the order after placing them, as many would change their minds. It saved us TONs of time for our customer service team.

We use Cleverific for their self-serve order editing feature. We looked at all the other apps with that functionality in our evaluation, and Cleverific was far and away the best with user experience, stability, and service. We have been very happy with the app after using it for several months from all of our Shopify stores.

We had an issue with Shopify when they released a new update for their software but Cleverific fixed the problem very quickly which was great! Thank you to Laura at the Cleverific team! She was very fast to respond and assured me the issue was being fixed and looked into.

Wonderful app that opens up more editing options than the Shopify standard editing! We work a lot with line item properties and it's great to have a way to edit those on an order. It's also a great way to change an order from Local Pickup to Shipping, if a customer changes their mind.

The customer service is also great. They recently added a requested feature to prevent using the Advanced Mode on Managed Markets orders (short version - not a good idea to use it on those). That will undoubtedly save us, and probably some other merchants, from future headaches.
