I downloaded the app, but unfortunately, it wasn't compatible with my theme (Responsive from Out of the Sandbox). That said, I still wanted to leave a positive review for the excellent customer service.
Twenty minutes after I initially downloaded the app and couldn't get it to work, I sent a support request, and within an hour or two, (on a Saturday afternoon) I received a reply informing me that the app wouldn't work with my particular theme, and that I would not be charged. I really appreciated the quick turnaround!
This app is great I can import videos and reviews which is fantastic for me just starting out. The team are always quick to help and solve issues fast. It is worth paying for to get the possible outcome for your store.

They are amazing! I had some problems with displaying rating stars and reviews. I tried to mess with the codes in my Shopify account but no avail. Fortunately, emailed the peeps at Editorify and within a few minutes responded that they would fix it for me. I did not have to wait for them to respond and tell me how to fix the problem. They did it for me. Amazing service!
