The App I installed through shopify store does not look to me updated with the latest functionality and UI which I can in https://dash.elfsight.com/

I am facing 2 issues and need to be resolved ASAP.

1. My Event button click still opens in new Tab(instead same Tab)
2. For same Event data I want to use and list and calendar view in 2 different pages(This code does not work from shopify elfsight app)

Could you please check this and do needful ASAP and if possible update the app with latest changes same as website.

Indeed, the app you see on elfsight.com and the app here on Shopify are different products with slightly different functionality.
If you already have the app from elfsight.com, you can just use the installation code from it to put it on your website and enjoy the design you wanted. Our website has detailed tutorials on how to do that.

Very sad that this isn't working anymore. It worked for a couple of months, then became very glitchy and then completely stopped working. They changed their format and for some reason it wont sync. Really wasted a lot of time trying to make it work. I reached out a few times for help and no response. Also, still being charged. Do not waste your time.

I uninstalled this app and was charged a week later after I uninstalled the app. How do I get a refund and make sure that I am no longer charged for an app that I uninstalled? The reason I uninstalled this app is because I don't need it right now and I was also unhappy with how long it took to load on my website. I uninstalled the app and am still being charged for it. The features and layout are good and the app is functional, but the charge is not worth it for my startup right now.

Okay, hear me out this app is great and it has good intentions, BUT I had to delete it after having it for 2 hours. After 2 hours of inputting half of my events I started to notice the start and end times started to change on already saved events that were completed.

When I go back in to edit them I fix the dates again and click save and it doesn't save! After talking with their help chat line for 20 mins the end time that wasn't showing up before magically reappeared!! I decided to give the app a second chance and upload more dates and then scroll back up to the top of my events that I already saved and checked are now not showing end times..... Completely frustrated that I just wasted 2 hours on this. I will be deleting this app and trying a different one. Hopefully they can fix this glitch, so it doesn't do this to someone else...

This is exactly what I was looking for, and it seems to be working great. The app installed easily, it was easy to figure out, and I was running on the trial for a few days while I made sure I wanted it.
