Great app, probably the slickest looking floating badge for reviews on the Shopify app store, customer support very promptly helped me fix an issue with my badge and reduced the size on mobile so it's perfect now and doesn't create clutter. Social proof via google reviews is very important for our store because knowing we also have a physical store with good reviews helps create trust.

This app has zero customer support. I've emailed them maybe 5-6 times and have received no reply (I checked my junk folder).
Idk how they have 4.9 stars but my experience is 1 star considering I paid $60, it won't work, and there is no support.
Edit: They have figured out their email issue, contacted me, and got the app set up and running with proper sizing on mobile and desktop. Thank you, review modified from 1 to 4 stars.

Google Reviews gone in the middle of our big campaign! When they finally fix the problem, we need to customise the whole widget again!

Thank you for your feedback and please accept our sincere apologies for this frustrating situation!
We should explain what happened. The widget wasn't performing in the most stable way, that's why we had to migrate it to a different platform to make if more reliable for our customers. Unfortunately, this process took some time and caused an interruption in the widget's work on some websites, which we are very sorry about. However, the widget was back on track within 24 hours, even though some settings were thrown off, and we did our absolute best to help our customers fix issues if they faced any.
We are terribly sorry that this was such a bad timing for you and we hope the widget doesn't disappoint you again!
