Embeda answers shopper questions where they shop: in a chat section on your product pages or a floating chat on every page. It knows the product and variant a shopper is viewing, finds other products in your catalog and shows them as clickable cards, and answers from your Shopify policies in the language the shopper writes. It points shoppers to their order status, and when a person should answer, the conversation goes to your team by email. Three styles and your colors make it fit your theme.
