Ernest: AI Customer Support

The product was intuitive to use, a lot of my customers reach out on whatsapp and messenger so having that integration was helpful. I did have to spend some time tuning it to speak in a way that I liked, but once I did it worked well

Easy installation process. The multilingual support (we ship internationally) has been seamless. and the devs were quite responsive
