I had launched my site and the 3 grid galleries I was using ran perfectly on desktop. However, they would not load on mobile. I quickly reached out to them over their live chat and their team solved the problem with a quick collaboration. I did not have to do anything but reach out and the problem was solved. If you are ever having a similar issue, reach out to them and they are very quick to reply and help solve the problem.

We've just set up Essential Grid Gallery on our Shopify store using the free version. The intention is to scale up as more gallery images are available. We had a small glitch with the gallery on mobile. We reached out to support and they fixed it immediately. Aside from the initial issue it only took 30 mins to install and set up. Really impressed with both the ease of getting started and with customer support. Highly recommend.

I'm only a few hours in, but got very early AM help from Arifur to get me going on all the API stuff that I know nothing about. Excellent customer service!

SDS was fantastic, he was patient and really helped me get the result I needed. This is not the first time, or second, actually that he has assisted me. I did mean to do a review the last time he helped but got too busy then forgot, my apologies. I highly recommend Essential Grid Gallery, it's a terrific tool to add to your Shopify store and I'm certain there are so many more options because I have only scratched the surface. Looking forward to playing with the video options. Thanks SDS you are an absolute asset to Essential Grid Galler.
