Essential Grid Gallery

Excellent customer service/support. Had some issues setting up the gallery the way we wanted - live chat help, sorted in a few minutes, gave some screenshot tips on how to get settings properly setup. Have now purchased subscription.

I had launched my site and the 3 grid galleries I was using ran perfectly on desktop. However, they would not load on mobile. I quickly reached out to them over their live chat and their team solved the problem with a quick collaboration. I did not have to do anything but reach out and the problem was solved. If you are ever having a similar issue, reach out to them and they are very quick to reply and help solve the problem.

After several failed attempts with other Apps to create a self-hosted grid of videos on our how-to page, I read several positive reviews about Essential Grid. They seemed like exactly what I needed. And they are!

It can stay as simple, or go as custom and detailed as I want.

I'm not a developer and needed help with the basics; and received excellent support from Chat. They also have a lot of videos, tips and tricks available on YouTube. But, I haven't had a chance to dive into those yet. I highly recommend.

Great Support and easy app to use

We've just set up Essential Grid Gallery on our Shopify store using the free version. The intention is to scale up as more gallery images are available. We had a small glitch with the gallery on mobile. We reached out to support and they fixed it immediately. Aside from the initial issue it only took 30 mins to install and set up. Really impressed with both the ease of getting started and with customer support. Highly recommend.

I love using Essential Grid Gallery! I am finally able to display my products in a beautiful way. Displaying gorgeous product images with a secondary image while hovering the product image and linking directly to my product buy window. The gallery is easliy customable and is so much better than other app I have used in the past. And the customer support so far has been top notch and super responsive! I could not be more pleased:) Thank you:)

After just 10 minutes of me signing on the help started. Wow. This is a level of service I really appreciate. And the product? It is WONDERFUL! The grid gallery is doing exactly what I needed and with the added features and filters, it does a whole lot more than I expected. Very happy with the team behind Essential Grid Gallery.
