Essent Loyalty Program Rewards

The Essential Loyalty Products are absolutely amazing! As a small business this loyalty rewards app is easy to use and customize to my needs. My rewards program had experienced a glitch during the weekend and the essential developer team responded on the weekend to fix the glitch that my rewards program was experiencing. I will continue to support their products as new apps are developed.

We’ve been using Essential Loyalty on vinyl.ae, and it’s been a solid addition to our Shopify store. The app is simple to set up, integrates cleanly with our theme, and lets us launch a loyalty and rewards program without unnecessary complexity. It’s helped us encourage repeat purchases and give customers a clear reason to come back. Support has been responsive, and the app does exactly what it promises—no bloat, just a reliable loyalty solution.

What truly sets this app apart, however, is the world-class customer support. I recently had to migrate from another loyalty platform, and a team member was instrumental in making the transition seamless and painless. That level of hands-on help and dedication is incredibly rare and greatly appreciated.

The app is already great, but to make it the absolute best on the market, I have a few suggestions for future features that I believe would significantly enhance customer motivation and conversion:

Point Expiration Feature: Implementing a points expiration period would be a powerful tool for encouraging immediate action, motivating customers to place a follow-up order before their earned points lapse.

In-Cart/Checkout Redemption Widget: A visible, interactive widget during the cart or checkout process, showing a customer's current point balance and allowing for direct redemption, would be a huge incentive to complete the purchase right then and there.

This app is highly recommended for building strong customer loyalty. I initially rated this 4 stars while awaiting these enhancements, but the incredible support team reached out personally to confirm that Point Expiration is already on their development roadmap and In-Cart Redemption is actively being discussed and planned. This proactive communication and commitment from the developers is outstanding. Based on the exceptional customer service and the clear plan for future enhancements, I'm confidently updating my rating to 5 stars. It's an essential addition to any Shopify store!

Really good app!! Lets you reward your frequent customers with discounts and custom prizes!! Dev team has been very helpful and quick on helping me out! If you're looking for loyalty programs, offer customers monthly subscriptions or perhaps give a discount after spending certain amount on an order for the next purchase then this will be the perfect app for you!

The support team is fast, efficient and very helpful. I highly suggest you try this app. I do in home parties and the women are always excited to see how fast they accumulate points that they can redeem for rewards. It definitely encourages repeat business and loyalty.
