Pretty easy to set up, so far we haven't had any issues. I love how clean the UI is too. Some things I'd like to see in the future could be further customisation on tiers and maybe adding an incentive after x amount of orders, but everything is really smooth

Some features haven't been built out yet which I hope will come along (searching members by first AND last name; sorting members by number of points or orders; seeing more Member Activity history than the 7 most recent events; hard to identify/view members' points redemption events). Overall though this app was easy to integrate and support was helpful in addressing a bug I experienced at the start.

This app was essential to my migration to shopify since my previous cart had a built-in reward point system. However this offers so much more with the combination of rewards and referrals. Awesome so far.

Love it! My customers love it and it drives sales. Everyone likes a discount and this lets our customers know we appreciate their return business.

SO far so good - would love the option to export customers within the app as well as filter members by certain things like number of points etc.

All the features you could possibly want and theres apps charging almost $50 for the same core features. Great app as are all the apps from Essential Apps team. We proud to say we use a few of them for our needs, and absolutely flawless.
