EU Withdrawal Button & Form

The setup didn't work. The withdrawal page wasn't automatically created as it should've been and I wasn't even able to add the withdrawal form as a link in the footer instead of a floating button. Which is weird because I was able to do install it easily on my other Shopify store without any errors. I'm guessing the issue might've been the theme, but I don't know.

After hours of chatting and waiting for replies, customer support told me they would get it sorted, but it's been days and they didn't. Decided to uninstall and go for a different app instead.

One other thing I noticed is that, on the free plan, there is a specific field in the form asking the customer about ''items'' that they ordered and the text box below it says ''Please describe the items you wish to return''. I tried changing the phrasing of this field because besides some physical products, we mostly sell digital products and services. It's kind of a minor thing, but I wish I was able to change it to simply ''Description'' as the main field, and in the text box put ''Which product or service would you like to return''. It looks that customization is part of the paid plan.

Anyway, the main reason why I installed this app, was because of it's ratings, but I found better and more seamless apps elsewhere.

Sehr einfach einzurichten wenn man die Grundkenntnisse für Shopify hat. Im Free Plan bleibt das Wasserzeichen unten im Formular bestehen.

I'm really pleased with the app. It works well, is easy to set up and solves the immediate issue of a legally required withdrawal button. The free plan is extremely basic, but at the end of the day, it does what it needs to do.

Konfiguration war einfach und bei Problemen wird schnell geholfen. Erfüllt alle Anforderungen der neuen Richtlinie, soweit ich das beurteilen kann. Vielen Dank für die tolle App!

Super happy with this app. We are a small business on a budget working on growth (hoping to grow) and to read, they offer a free version even tho they have costs and developers working on their side that related so much with small business struggle. As soon as we earn enough we will for sure switch to the paid plan. Implementation also really easy and great, self explaining. Would recommend 10/10. Thank you so much.

Pretty easy to install and works fine. Just don't love the lack of customization options, I would prefer to pick my own font and be able to link a FAQ page inside the form.

Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, tut die App genau das, was versprochen wird. Ich hatte ein Thema mit einer Kleinigkeit (background color), der Support hat super schnell geholfen > Top!
