Great app for meeting the new EU withdrawal button requirement. Setup was straightforward with the theme editor integration, and the withdrawal form works smoothly on both desktop and mobile. I dont quite understand why there are paid tiers on something that is required by the law. In order to even add information like FAQ links etc to the withdrawal form, I have to pay extra money which doesnt make sense.
It was pretty hard to integrate as well. Finally was able to figure it out

Regarding your concern about adding FAQ links, there seems to be a slight misunderstanding: adding FAQ links is not a paid feature of our app. In fact, this is entirely unrelated to our pricing plans. You can easily and completely freely add any additional text or links (like your FAQ) directly to the page containing the form by using your Shopify Theme Editor.

Super happy with this app. We are a small business on a budget working on growth (hoping to grow) and to read, they offer a free version even tho they have costs and developers working on their side that related so much with small business struggle. As soon as we earn enough we will for sure switch to the paid plan. Implementation also really easy and great, self explaining. Would recommend 10/10. Thank you so much.
Funktioniert wie es soll, aber leider im kostenlosen Plan keine Anpassung von Absenderadresse etc. möglich
Legt sich ungefragt einfach über diverse Rubriken im Footer und es ist ohne Entwickler gar nicht zu fixen. Plättet also bei uns als u. a. das Impressum, was ein no go ist

Wir möchten kurz aufklären: Die App fügt sich niemals von allein ein. Sie wird erst aktiv, wenn im Shopify Theme-Editor das App Embed aktiviert wird. Dort lässt sich das Overlay auch mit genau einem Klick ohne jegliche Code-Kenntnisse oder Entwickler wieder deaktivieren.

Really easy to use and setup - however as a none-german speaking user, some stuff can be a little hard to figure out, as a lot is in german.
The setup didn't work. The withdrawal page wasn't automatically created as it should've been and I wasn't even able to add the withdrawal form as a link in the footer instead of a floating button. Which is weird because I was able to do install it easily on my other Shopify store without any errors. I'm guessing the issue might've been the theme, but I don't know.
After hours of chatting and waiting for replies, customer support told me they would get it sorted, but it's been days and they didn't. Decided to uninstall and go for a different app instead.
One other thing I noticed is that, on the free plan, there is a specific field in the form asking the customer about ''items'' that they ordered and the text box below it says ''Please describe the items you wish to return''. I tried changing the phrasing of this field because besides some physical products, we mostly sell digital products and services. It's kind of a minor thing, but I wish I was able to change it to simply ''Description'' as the main field, and in the text box put ''Which product or service would you like to return''. It looks that customization is part of the paid plan.
Anyway, the main reason why I installed this app, was because of it's ratings, but I found better and more seamless apps elsewhere.
I'm really pleased with the app. It works well, is easy to set up and solves the immediate issue of a legally required withdrawal button. The free plan is extremely basic, but at the end of the day, it does what it needs to do.
