Simple to set up.
View can be restricted to EU customers, useful for stores such as ours which are based outside of the EU, so as not to confuse the larger proportion of our domestic customer base.

Need to be EU compliant with EU Directive 2023/2673 by 19 June 2026? Look no further. Takes 5 minutes to set up and works perfectly. If you want to add the form to your footer instead of a floating button, simply add a link to "https://YOURWEBSITE.com/a/withdrawal" in your footer menu. Highly Recommend.

1. Funktionalität:
Die Einrichtung ist super einfach und selbsterklärend. Die gesetzlichen Pflichten der EU-Verordnung werden erfüllt.
Man kann nicht nur einen schwebenden Widerrufsbutton nutzen, sondern auch alternativ einen Link zum Widerrufsformular einbinden: /a/withdrawal, was uns der Support freundlicherweise mitteilte.
Die Mehrsprachigkeit ist bereits perfekt implementiert. Der Emailversand funktioniert reibungslos. Das eigentliche mehrstufige Widerrufsformular lädt und verarbeitet die Daten extrem schnell. Auch ein teilweiser Widerruf (von einzelnen Artikeln) ist möglich.
Im Moment ist die App noch kostenlos, was eine grossartige Leistung umfasst. Andere Apps bieten zum Teil weniger, aber verlangen monatliche Gebühren.
2. Support
Der Support ist extrem schnell, bemerkenswert freundlich und professionell und effizient zugleich. Anregungen werden geprüft und gegebenenfalls in die Entwicklungspipeline aufgenommen. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Apps muss all dies als ausserordentlich und bemerkenswert hervorgehoben werden.
3. Pipeline: Einige Funktionen haben wir angeregt für die Zukunft, welche für alle User interessant sein werden und die Entwickler werden diese implementieren. Auch das ist grossartig. Viele App-Entwickler bei Shopify haben die Arroganz, ihre App nicht oder nur minimal weiterzuentwickeln.
Gesamtfazit: Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswerte App. Grossartiges Entwickler- und Support-Team.

Aplikacja jest świetna. Bardzo łatwo się ją ustawia, można wybrać formę przycisku tj. czy osadzić go na stronie czy ma może jako "pływający". Jest polska wersja, edycja treści wiadomości e-mail oraz można wybrać kolory motywu. Polecamy!
