es un simple botón que abre un formulario y luego recibes un email. no deja cambiar color, textos... no hay ningun tipo de soporte. Desinstalado

Nos gustaría aclarar que la aplicación sí permite personalizar el color, los textos, el nombre del botón y otros ajustes desde el panel de configuración. La aplicación también incluye opciones avanzadas, disponibles en el plan Pro por solo 1 USD al mes.
El formulario está diseñado para que el proceso de desistimiento sea sencillo para el cliente final, mientras que el comerciante o propietario de la tienda dispone de un panel con funciones avanzadas para gestionar, verificar y hacer seguimiento de todas las solicitudes recibidas.
Respecto al soporte, podemos confirmar que no recibimos ningún correo ni solicitud de ayuda por tu parte antes de que desinstalaras la aplicación. Por este motivo, consideramos que afirmar que no existe ningún tipo de soporte no refleja la asistencia que ofrecemos. Nuestro equipo está disponible para ayudar con la configuración y resolver cualquier problema.
