Excellent app for VAT exemption for EU business customers. The customer support is second to none; Andrew is extremely proficient and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is working as it should. The app works seamlessly in the background and the costs associated with it are very reasonable, especially for small businesses like ourselves. I have already recommended this app to fellow UK business who sell to the EU.

We’ve integrated EUVAT.app into our store to streamline VAT exemption for EU B2B transactions. The app reliably handles VAT number collection and validation via VIES, and ensures correct tax removal during checkout.

Without a comment, it’s difficult to understand which expectation wasn’t met. Some points relate to Shopify’s platform limits, not the app (e.g., additional checkout fields are available only on Shopify Plus; tax-exempt orders require the customer to be logged in). Based on our earlier exchange, we’ve added a VAT ID block in the cart (with Auto-Approve/VIES) and a “No OSS” option, and we’ve improved the display of tax rates. We’re happy to help with setup.
