Product works perfectly. Not sure if it is Shopify or not, but getting it set up with Shopify is a tad confusing but the folks who own and operate this app are wonderful to assist. Buy with confidence.

Prompt customer service to urgent issues we had due to our mistake. Jeff solved it quickly and we were back and selling tickets.

The app in general is excellent for event companies and hv many customisation. Our staff also enjoys using the scanner, it is faster and can also do offline scanning.

We manage events and sell tickets on shopify and were looking for a good way to handle check in as well as attendee management. My experience with this app so far has been great. Cost is reasonable compared to other apps I researched and the app is relatively easy to use. Experienced a challenge while setting up recurring dates and Jeff was a great support - got back to me quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions.

This app completely changed our admission process, and it was very easy to set up. When I did have questions, the developer was super responsive. In fact, I suggested a change, and app made update within two days. I would high recommend.
