EventDesk turns your products into ticketed events. Each date and time is a variant and its seats are inventory, so seat limits run on Shopify's own stock tracking. Paid orders get a ticket per seat by email with a QR code and calendar file, and the same tickets appear on the Thank-you and Order status pages. A delivery log shows what arrived, with one-tap resend. Door staff check guests in from any phone with a link and PIN, even offline. Refunds and cancellations void the matching tickets.
