The ExchangeIt customer support is fantastic. They are very accessible, and their contact details are prominently displayed, with no automated solutions, but rather a live response. Additionally, their response was prompt, professional, and helpful. They resolved our problem almost immediately, and it's worth noting that the issue was not caused by their app, but by another app and upgrade. We have been using ExchangeIt for several years and have never encountered any problems. We highly recommend this app because it functions effectively, and the support is exceptional.

We've used this app for a few years now with no issues, it's great. But now it's even better. With the automated returns & exchanges functionality that they came out with it's made our lives a lot easier. Customer support is fantastic and has helped us to get the new features implemented seamlessly. I can't recommend this app enough if you need to help manage the returns & exchange process.
Note for management: give Adrien Larere a pay raise, he was amazing to deal with & made the new features easy to understand. I'd suggest a minimum of a 50% bump in pay, but that's your call.
