Great app. Returnly wanted us to upgrade for hundreds of dollars more a month for this feature. Now we only have to pay $9.99/mo. Highly recommended.

Works perfectly just click on an existing order then choose Exchange It from the drop down and create a new order for that customer at $0 without having to apply any discount. Order can then be fulfilled as you normally would.

Highly useful app that we use daily. The only thing I wish is that items were searchable by SKU not item name.

We use Exchange It primarily for replacement orders when we need to immediately get an order going out for a customer who had a defective product. It is extremely helpful and an awesome option to have, rather than manually entering a new order.

This app has been a game changer for us. It has made our exchange process SO much easier. The automatic tags on the original order and the exchange help tremendously when connecting orders and the fact that it will create a 0.00 order is perfect.
