Verify your customer's number and confirm their orders. It is achieved via SMS OTP/IVR calls.

This App provides the following benefits: 1. Automated order verification Automate order verification without manual intervention and thus save time and effort. 2. Avoid returns and fake orders Processing only OTP verified or call verified orders can save you from returns, fake orders and unnecessary shipping costs. 3. Order Status Reports Call and SMS OTP logs along with the Order status are available within Shopify. Helps in tracking order status: confirmed, canceled or pending verification.

• OTP/IVR verification: It's done by sending OTP or IVR calls on customers number.
• Reports and Logs: App provides Call, SMS, missed calls and order status reports.
• Fallback: SMS is initiated if IVR call retries are over / customer number is DND
