The Experiences app has been great for our in-person classes. It makes ticketing a breeze, and I love that you can still customize the look and feel.
We have been particularly impressed with Mark and Chip’s customer service! Any time we have a question, they are quick to respond and always so helpful.

Just installed it and it's pretty straight forward and easy to use! Really excited to be able to offer this off of the Airbnb platform and on my own site. I had a question and hit the chat button and someone got back to me within a minute or two and answered all my questions and was very helpful. So far, I'm stoked!

This app is the clear winner after trying several ticket and event apps. The two essential features that push this app over the top are the custom email editors, and the ability for customers to assign their tickets to others. Also indispensable is the freedom the app creators have given merchants to customize the look of the app with CSS, allowing for a really seamless experience for the customer.
The quick response time for developer help and the tight integration with Shopify POS are also features that are important to me and make this app a great solution :)

So far this app is proving to be a great addition. Fairly simple and intuitive to use, and help was easily and quickly available when I needed it. I am now exploring how to adjust the styling to better match my store theme.

And you'll be happy to know that we're in the middle of creating theme editing tools that will allow our customers to use the Shopify 2.0 editor to make easier changes to their booking pages. Phenomenal customer service and exactly what we needed. The only app and frankly the only booking software that could integrate in shopify and provide event bookings hourly in one event post. This APP will save you so much time if you are selling tickets for group tours with different individuals.

The Experiences App has been an excellent add-on for our Wetland Discovery Centre. It allowed us to the opportunity to continue booking guided activities and experiences while we were closed due to COVID. Now, most of our regular activities are created to be easily booked online. The support we have received has been prompt and helpful.
