We run painting and furniture upholstery courses and needed a simple to use app to plugin to our Shopify Store. We are new to Shopify and so had a number of questions about how to make things work properly. The team from Experiences was incredibly responsive and friendly, taking the time to answer even the silliest of questions from me! We are now enjoying taking many workshop bookings and are very happy using Experiences!

I'd encourage all Australians to beat a quick path to Mint by Michelle for a workshop to learn how to revitalize and enhance their tired old bureaus, side tables, dressers, wardrobes, and coffee-stained coffee tables.

Hello, the app looks incredible, it really is simple to install, I would just like to know how to change the language, since it is in English and I require that it is in Spanish for my clients speak in that language.

Updated: This app has promise (great developers and support) but unfortunately didn't work for my purposes. We really need another option other than a calendar view to sort through multiple events. My customers were having to scroll through 6 months of blanked out dates to get to the one date we had--there should be an option for a dropdown menu of dates. We were losing sales dramatically due to this function.

I must thank Mark for all the assistance he gave me in getting the app set up correctly. For a person who is just starting out, it can be very difficult to integrate the applications to the web, but Mark personally provides assistance via Zoom and chat, including reviewing the codes of the pages so that the application works correctly according to the needs and requirements of the client.
The customer support service is very efficient like google, amazon or paypal. Recommended 100%. The app "Experiences: Events & Tickets." it is magnificent

This app was very disappointing and I would not recommend it to another store.
Firstly the events massively oversold. The tickets sold extremely fast and it quickly became apparent that more than the ticket limit had been sold. When we realised, one of the events had oversold by 40% with another also overselling. We took them off sale immediately or this number could have been way worse. This has left us in an extremely difficult situation with our restaurant team having to cater for a massively increased event at such an extremely busy time which is not good.
Also once the event information came through we could see there were some serious issues with the details that had been entered by the customers.
Overall we feel the app has caused just a huge amount of issues.

After looking through about 10 different apps experience has got to be the cleanest one I've found for managing my bookings. It has all the features I need and easy to set up. I did find a small bug with my theme and the app not agreeing (I don't understand why) but Chip on the live chat was really quick to fix it all. Excellent app and even better customer service. I was looking for a complete app that would allow me to set up events for my customers and I am so glad I found this one. It has everything you would ever need to be able to customize when it comes to setting up events. Not only that, but the customer service is stellar. I had a slight issue with adjusting code to get my colors to match, and they took care of it for me. I am very impressed and I can't wait to get my next events rolling! Thank you for such a great EXPERIENCE! ;)
