Selling supplements, food, cosmetics or CBD? Every batch has a shelf life, and Shopify has nowhere to put it. Log a lot code, expiry date, quantity, supplier and COA link on any variant. The dashboard splits stock into expired, expiring soon and safe. FEFO tells pickers which batch to ship first and holds back expired ones. Email each location its own pull list. Write off expired units with confirmation and undo. Search a lot or supplier for an exportable recall report.
