How does Exportly work?
First, you easily connect your Shopify Store to your Quickbooks Online Company.
Next, complete Exportly and Quickbooks Online Company settings for Customers, Products, and Shipping to begin exporting orders.
When an order is created, Exportly will take the order data and create a Quickbooks Online Salesreceipt or Invoice using the Quickbooks Online API. You can also export older orders manually.
Exportly will create an Quickbooks Online Salesreceipt/Invoice using customer info, product info, shipping cost, discounts and sales tax collected.
Exportly will then take the Order Number created in Quickbooks Online and display that on the Exportly App Orders detail chart.
If you have Bundles in Quickbooks, Exportly will map the Shopify Product to QBO Bundle and handle the export.
If you have Product Returns or Order Adjustments, Exportly can create a Quickbooks Online Refund Receipt.

Superb app ! The team was extremely fast in resolving the very few problems that occured during setup. My 3 Shopify stores are connected LIVE to my single Quickbooks file, wich is something only Exportly was able to do. No need to wait for nightly transfers, no connection problems ... Just Fantastic !!
Exportly is working great for us... We needed a bit of customization to get the orders to integrate properly with our QBO account. The team at Exportly did a great job, worked quickly and were very professional.
Doesn't go back far enough with my sales, only showed a month worth of my sales, I needed to export the whole year. The setup looked fairly easy, it's a shame, I wanted to use this because Quickbooks app wasn't working for me, because of a Multi Currency issue.
