I've tried this software a few times over the years, originally in 2023 following an Etsy suspension and was able to successfully import over 8000 products and open my Shopify store; plus get them on Ebay, Poshmark, Mercari. It was the only software I could find at the time that could handle my sized inventory and had the best bulk options.
I ended up trying just about every type of software similar to this over the last few years looking for a budget option. I was recently using two different apps to sync from Etsy to Shopify, then another from Shopify to Ebay. They were effective, but still a lot of work to do everything repeatedly in bulik as I have over 10k products now all unique and often like to delete my entire inventory periodically and start from scratch. For an inventory my size Exportyourstore is not the budget option, but after two years I went ahead and came back and signed up for a year. It isn't an instant setup for an inventory my size, but once set up things do run efficiently.
Excellent customer support, very responsive and helpful. I’m really loving the app so far. This multichannel app is highly recommended, especially for Vinted, TikTok sellers and many more. It also offers many useful features that make syncing across platforms much easier.

I initially ran into some issues while using ExportYourStore, most of which were due to my own errors or misunderstanding of the setup process—not a fault of the app itself. Thankfully, Melanie from the support team was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She guided me through everything and got me back on track quickly. The app itself works great once set up properly, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to transfer items between platforms!

An absolute disaster of an app - avoid at all costs. The customer service (Melanie) is horrible. Syncing issues occur 24/7. Duplicate listings. Orders don't track. Inventory doesn't app. They also quite literally deleted thousands of listings of mine. Melanie has zero clue what is going on, and tells you things before checking with her own team. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. And I RARELY leave bad reviews. But this one warrants it.
Thanks for your feedback. To clarify, due to a technical issue on our side, your account remained active for a full year without billing. When we began working on the issue, we removed the listings per your approval. However, we couldn’t re-export them until a new subscription was activated—which was ultimately declined. We’re always here to help, but reactivation is required for continued service.
Dont waste your time customer service is terrible. Great concept but nothing syncs correctly and doesnt work properly. They constantly have to "open a support ticket" for every issue and it takes days to fix. Variants DON'T sync over so its a HUGE headache. + you constantly have to upgrade. Also test one product before going from one platform to the next it will delete listings .... no help from customer service. Like i said good concept just the functionality just isnt there unfortunately.

Regarding variants, some selling channels or categories don’t support them, so the app may split them into individual listings to ensure compatibility. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT SIGN UP for this app. Trying to cancel is impossible and they keep charging me even when I send them screenshots of my cancelation and of my charges in my account. This is criminal and they should not be allowed on Shopify.

I had some issues getting the migration working properly but once Daniel and his team stepped in to assist the process was seamless and smooth.
