Found the app easy to use - needed a little help from support and got a quick response and problem solved. Has helped me to expand to other sales channels saving a lot of time. Overall, would recommend.
The app is not working as intended. Some products sync, while others do not. Also, a 2 hour sync time is not ideal. Customer service responds quickly, but they could not identify or solve our problems, so we had to unsubscribe. They keep sending us the same documentation for each issue, which has not been very helpful. Hopefully, if we come back in the future, the problems can be resolved and we can change our rating.
The price of this app is highway robbery. As other users have mentioned, the support is extremely slow and, honestly, of no help; it is more like a facade. This app lacks in so many areas that you might as well manually upload your products yourself. The only thing this app does is export your photos and your description; everything else you will have to update manually. Additionally, this app only exports our partial catalog. Support will keep bothering you to leave feedback for their app, or bug you if you leave a negative review. It is kind of funny that they are so available to do this, but when you need actual support, their excuse is that they are busy, so replies will be delayed. Perhaps they are too busy annoying users for reviews or asking people to remove their low ratings.
Hey Sean, sorry to hear about your experience. We don’t have any record of you reaching out to our customer service team, but it looks like you were able to cross-list products to Depop. It also seems that your products don’t have any validation issues and can be cross-listed without further editing. We wanted to mention that if you had used our Export with AI feature, you could have published new products in bulk with one click, with no manual work needed, while AI filled in any missing product information for you. Please reach out if you’d like to give it another try.
Take the negative reviews seriously; they are accurate. The customer support is terrible, and the app is very outdated. You might as well upload your products to each channel manually. Moreover, it does not import all products from Shopify, so you'll need to upload some items yourself. This raises the question: what is the point of using this app? Also, stop trying to make yourself look good with your fake responses.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We can see your account is now successfully set up, and our support team has already reached out and offered assistance, including a meeting.
Please check your email, we’d be happy to help and look forward to hearing from you.
I absolutely love working with the ExportYourStore team. Their commitment to helping customers truly stands out. They’re always quick to respond to any issues I’ve had and resolve them efficiently, which has saved me a significant amount of time and effort. The value they provide is well worth it.
Keep up the excellent customer service, and thank you for creating such a helpful app—I only wish I had found it sooner!
That means a lot, Prime Pickups! We’re really glad our team could help save you time and make things run smoothly. We truly appreciate the kind words and support.
ExportYourStore has been working great for our Shopify store. The app connects smoothly with Whatnot and Poshmark and makes managing multiple sales channels much easier. Customer service is excellent. Responsive, knowledgeable, and actually helpful when issues come up. Setup was straightforward and the app has been reliable day to day. Highly recommend for sellers expanding beyond Shopify.
Really appreciate the detailed feedback! It’s great to hear the Whatnot and Poshmark connection is running smoothly for you. Our team is always here to help as you continue expanding 🚀
Horrible. It does not work as expected at all. Horrible support. Wouldn't recommend it. It just creates more mess.
EDITED BELOW AS THE RESPONSE TO THE DEVELOPER WHO JUST LIED AGAIN!
Hi,
1) you have NEVER understood the issue. You have caused multiple issues and damages, including money lost.
2) I'm a SW developer myself and it's best practice to build the app as follows: 1. development, 2. testing, 3. production, 4. maintenance. You have completely skipped testing and you have released your buggy app into the production phase. On top of that, you even charge us as clients for it. All Shopify clients. This is poor development and shady practice just to get money from your customer with not even 20% baked product.
3) Spreading a lie on the Shopify marketplace that you have issued me a credit? You did it because you have removed our products from Vinted that were topped up without any legitimate reason, so basically you just refunded us money for what we have lost thanks to you.
4) My language? I told you and explained to you probably 20x what the issue was, what you caused and you always came back to us with a sort of non sense asnwer. NO SOLUTION.
So you should educate yourselves on what product development means, how customer support works and stop charging customers for something that simply does not work at all. If it's just 1 bug but to name a few - incorrect prooduct size synced to Vinted, incorect product category synced to Vinted, you do not support currency so we almost lost more money as you pushed Shopify products as 49 CZK instead of 49 AUD which is 10x less, you missmatched Shopify products and its SKUs causing us losing all products on Vinted that were topped up so lost money and I can go on if you want.
You should accept what you caused, apologise us and correct you answer and xif up your bug. Instead you are spreading here a lie that just shows who you are and how you operate. JUST RUN FROM THIS DEVELOPER!
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, David. We reviewed your case and want to clarify that some of the integrations you used are marked as beta, so occasional bugs or glitches may occur while we continue improving them. Our team did try to support you, but the abusive language directed toward our support agents was not acceptable. To help make things right, we also issued you a credit, even though you had not paid for a subscription.
Cancelled app before end of term. They kept by $$$ and ended my service before the end date. I got a whole 11 days for $100! Sick to death of the constant con.
Hi, we’re sorry you feel this way, but the cancellation was triggered from your side, and once canceled Shopify immediately ends the service. During the active period the app worked as expected and you were able to export and sync products without issues. The charge was $63.99, not $100, and was processed according to the billing cycle.
We clearly explained how to reactivate and when to cancel to avoid this situation, and this could have been prevented by following those instructions. As a fellow ecommerce business owner, you know how inaccurate reviews can impact a business, and we hope you’ll reconsider. Our support team is here if you’d like to resolve this directly.
