As a small business, we have been looking for a tool that would help us scale across different e-commerce marketplaces. I came across ExportYourStore and it has been instrumental for our team. It’s super easy to use and has a wide range of features.

I used ExportYourStore to export my Shopify store to Amazon. The process was quick and easy, and I was able to get my products up and running on both platforms in no time. I also appreciate that ExportYourStore allows me to keep my inventory in sync across all of my selling channels. It’s a great tool that has made it easy for me to expand my business and reach more customers.

I also had a great experience with the customer support team. They were always responsive and helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem I was having.

app has been installed on a test site since 4/2023 - 6 months - sync between etsy, shopify, ebay works fine. Depop and Poshmark site integrstion have been tragic failures forcing the site shut down, removal of software from site integration while trsgicslly having noncustomer sergice response for 5 daya. Dashboard is easy to navigate etc. not as easy to have specific product details transer as compared to other apps.
app setup with depop and poshmark. 3 times in 6 months it has created 2x or 3x duplicates with duplicate sku on poshmark. depop disconnects on average once a week. twice in 6 months depop created 2x duplicates. not reliable for poshmark or depop despite advertisement.
customer support is overseas. expect 24 to 2 hours for response. typical response is "will get a ticket open". 3 longest solved tickes were open 6 weeks, 3 weeks, and 3 weeks. connection with google, meta, amazon is all found easier with other apps.
without the depop and poshmark features working consistently (we had to shut down sites or "vacation" sites to do repairs due to eys issues) without depop and poshmark working smooth, there are better apps for just ebay and etsy sync to shopify.
if they fix the depop and poshmark issues then could be worth considering.
despite surveys as of 10/30 there is no progess on Bonanza, Offer Up, Mercari, Grailed, Vestiare, Real Real and others. Plantform participants have been clamoring for several of these for 6 months with no expansion due to current "bugs" consuming time. Once support is given for adding apps, will be worth looking at again.
we have started a migration away from EYS on our test site due to the failures and challenges.

Before connecting my stores i wrote to you and asked if it ok to connect different currencies ... Inquired request was wrongly replied and now we have to write all this: to whom it may concern, dear Sir, if your team update and cooperate we could try to make this Fix beneficial for both of us in less time and less stress and what is important a minor loss for us..as you 50 items been ruined and some of 1/3 are still not updated and or synced.... I have to reconsider my review/s about this company. I talked to 5 different people, One was clear and helpful worked on Saturday, buy doees not repling on odd days... So sending me from one guy to another is honestly not smart as for me, and not professional as not all team reads what above and understands...what happened. plz have a thought, if you be online for us this days! (no replies for yesterday at all - Monday was it) at least some questions above be answered and i could help this a thing: exp..tore work with you, right mates? Now i see that i need to renew token to shopify( just scared to do anything now as who know it can again change 1/6 of my prices in the shop) , 69 % of listings/products are not connected you are not replying 2nd day on what I asked a lot of questions above. First was how to enable price syncing.... So, customer service is also not good as to my case, you know I have another time zone here, i told you before, ...Meanwhile my guy is fixing the prices manually, the 50+ more items been destroyed... Black Friday in 3 days, the most important is price this time, guy went to football me from one to another....Black friday starts tomorrow

It does export products quickly. It does not transfer categories properly, so those have to be adjusted manually by the marketplace structure. It does not import orders even tho the apps gather your billing, orders, and customer extensive data. The cost seems high for the limited features provided.
