Das klingt simpel, macht in der Praxis aber einen riesigen Unterschied – weniger Rückfragen, weniger Fehler, zufriedenere Kunden. Da wir auch Dropshipping für unsere B2B Kunden anbieten ist das ein must-have!
Was mich aber wirklich begeistert hat: Der Support ist super und sehr schnell. Ich habe angefragt, ob die App auch auf Deutsch verfügbar sein kann – und das Team hat die Übersetzung tatsächlich umgesetzt. Nicht irgendwann, sondern zeitnah. Das zeigt, dass hier echte Menschen hinter der App stecken, denen der Erfolg ihrer Merchant-Community am Herzen liegt. Dafür bin ich wirklich sehr dankbar!
