Customers choose 2-year or 4-year coverage on the product page. Suggested pricing is set by category, and merchants can adjust it within a range while keeping the difference as profit. If an order is refunded, ExtendAssure's share is credited back automatically, and every claim is reviewed and resolved by ExtendAssure's own staff.
