RA Term and Condition Checkbox

Great app, simple to use, does what it should do.

Top notch support - there were a few things which weren't working on my store, redirecting past checkout and past the buy it now button so I got in touch.. ended up just being a few checkboxes in the settings menu for the app that needed selecting! Got super quick replies and resolution. Thanks!

Very easy to use, works perfectly. All the things you want in an app! Would strongly recommend to anyone who needs to add an extra layer of liability at checkout. We've been using this app for a couple of years now, and prior to installing it we had issues with clients who were not reading our terms and conditions, which contain very important information regarding fulfillment and fabrication times. This resulted in upset clients that didn't know before checking out that there was a wait time on certain products. With the checkbox at checkout now people are prompted to read through our terms and it's resulted in much happier clients.

As a side benefit, with the new 2025 US tariffs there were a lot of US customers who didn't understand how the tariffs were applied. We used the message to implement some brief tariff information, with a link to our page where people can read more about international shipping with resources for US customers. This helped greatly and allowed us to set clear expectations at checkout.

More than just a "terms and conditions" app, there's great flexibility so that you can use this app in any way you see fit. I would strongly recommend the premium plan (we just switched to this recently) as it adds a record of the client agreeing to the terms, as well as functionality with dynamic checkout options like PayPal, Shop etc. Well worth the small price.

Lastly, the customer support is unbeatable. Near-zero delay for support inquiries and any initial compatibility issues due to themes or custom code are solved immediately.

TLDR: If you have a Shopify site and sell anything at all, don't think, just install this app.

Would have like to upgrade, but felt the expense was too much for my little company. Free part has been awesome.

I love both the apps I use from you guys. They're perfect and just what I need. A few little upgrades could be added to the options app, but otherwise it's pretty good
