Absolutely recommend!!!
I have no IT background and have found the site very easy and logical to use. I had some issues from the Shopify end, and the team were very responsive and clear in their assistance to remedy the issue.

Came across this app in a forum discussion about how so many basic features are missing from Shopify and require a paid app to add it. This is a no-frills solution to the problem many shop owners face when they need to provide customers with a solution, and it does exactly what it promises.
