this might be about my usage.
1. no customer service.
2. There are a few shops connected to my facebook and this app is not able to get access to facebook or instagram.
3. there is no one to help us for this kind of cases.
Not specifically this app based issue. I tried several and they are not able to get the access through

This has to be the slowest loading app I have ever used. It took literally 5 minutes to get the dashboard and setting to load. Sorry but this is 2021 we should not have to wait more than a few seconds for the app to load in shopify.
