I've used this company and haven't had any complaints. But PLEASE update your code for your Shopify app. It lost ALL of my products I designed and I have to manually create new products on your website and manually place orders. Which is extremely frustrating considering how much time and energy I spent designing and syncing them to my store.

As of now, you cannot access Factory for me through shopify. You have to go to their website directly.
