Merchants appreciate this app for its wide range of unique, high-quality products across various niches, from home goods to fashion. Its user-friendly interface and seamless Shopify integration simplify inventory management. Features like Net 60 payment terms enhance cash flow management, while fast shipping and efficient logistics improve the purchasing experience. The customer support team is also highly praised for their prompt and helpful service.
The only issue I have found was some brands call and request I remove their product from the website. If there was in opt in option for brands to be sold on other brands websites that would be very helpful.
I can only provide one star at this time as their support team has not done anything to provide assistance with the actual problem we're facing.
You see, we've actually been unable to install this app, as the installation of which seems to be bugged. All the while, their support team only cycles us through the same troubleshooting methods over and over, until they then mistakenly tell us to use the "Sell Wholesale" app, which is different entirely.
I'm prepared to remove or amend this score, should support ever actually get to the root of our problem. Unfortunately, though, they do not instill hope in me that this will happen within the time we needed the feature set. So one star, it is. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone use this app right now.
As of now I have to give this app a 1 star. We appear to be missing the "card" on our setup screen to even upload new product. We have a huge drop releasing next week and at this point we cannot even upload new product. What a mess.
