Fancy Product Designer isn't the cheapest option out there, but for anyone selling customized products, it's absolutely worth the investment. The configurator works great and gives our customers exactly the flexibility they need.

What really sets this plugin apart is the support team. They don't just answer your questions, they genuinely think along with you and go the extra mile to make things work. We had some small issues with our theme and they fixxed it all. Responsive, helpful, and actually pleasant to deal with.

Highly recommended for any Shopif with personalized products!

Great app with many options, and the support is excellent! We asked them to work on some customizations very specific to our products. This required developing a dedicated interface and display, and they delivered for a reasonable price!

we are sad to see you leave our app, and to hear that you are unhappy with our support.
Let me address the topics you mentioned here:
We are a small team, so sometimes our response times are a bit longer, but we always take proper care of any request or question that is brought to our attention. We responded to all your messages and even offered an online meeting, which you scheduled but didn't attend.
While we do understand that it is frustrating, if certain app features don't work as intended, the note 'hard to contact' feels harsh in this context.
Aside from that, there is only one feature in the app that you reported to us as not working as intended. As we informed you, this is a feature still in beta testing, so we are still improving it, which sometimes takes time. With a little patience, we will fix the feature. In the meantime, there are other ways to do what the feature you struggled with does, so we could have worked around it.
