I used another app from a competitor before - it was called POWR FAQ, but their support was really slow and the app didn't work so well.

I then found out about FaqKing and it works much better. It loads in seconds and Vik from the support Team helped me setup the Design within a few minutes.

Oh my gosh I love this tool I have always wanted to have questions and answers on my product page and I loved this. And the support they have is the best, they resolved all my doubts and questions quickly.

Free plan is enough for most of stores. You dont need much and you can always customize it. Also Customer service is really good with this app, they will resolve your issues right away!

That's a good app. I really like that you can adjust the design and make it similar to the store. And also divide your FAQs for sections. That's the reason I chose it.

I used this app to create a smooth FAQ page for my website that offered many customization options, I needed assistance with a problem and received help from support almost immediately. If you are truly looking for an app that works perfectly and has an amazing support team, I highly recommend FAQKing.

Super easy to set up! I was able to add multiple segments along with multiple questions and answers. When you first install it, it already comes with many example questions and answers that gives a nice start to build off of. The layout is quite customizable - you can change the colors, font size, and alignments among other things. It was easy to set up as a link in my footer. I was having a little issue with a grey square appearing under all of my answers but the app support (Viktoras) was able to solve my problem very quickly (my theme was overwriting some of the apps styles). I would recommend this app to anyone looking to add an FAQ section to their website.

DONT USE. couldn't get it to work. the app is hidden on my shopify - no way to remove the app?! dont waste your time

Terrible customer service. No chat option available at 9am in the morning EST. They don't even acknowledge receiving your request via email. The app is pretty bad.

This app works great for us. Simple, quick, easy. Plug and go, it comes with a decent amount of presets that required minimal tweaking from us. Having it saves us a lot on answering the same questions repeatedly. 10/10

The app seems to provide us with all that we need. The free version offers enough queries and customization to fulfill most needs.

This is honestly everything you could want an app to be. It comes pre-built with questions, which is awesome, but you can edit or delete any that don't work for your store. The free version is really all I need, but there are multiple versions for more advanced stores, if you want more options. All in all, I was highly impressed.

This faq app is the best. My faq page looks great and it easy to use. If you are looking for a faq app this is it.

Update: Viktoras performed flawlessly all changes I asked for in no time! I am very impressed with such great support from customer service team! I would like to recommend this great app to anyone who need a simple-to-setup FAQ page with a search option inside (which is very important), and which can be set either for the whole store or for signle product page of your choice (which is also important). Also you can easily translate app menus by yourself into any foreign language which is also great. Big thanks again to the developers! >>> Initial review: Such a great app! Very simple to setup and flexible with design. Just 2 things to note: 1) When I tried to change font size in Headings and Subheadings it worked for desktop, but not for mobile version. 2) In mobile portrait view: If a Subheading is made of long sentence (two or three lines), there are too small margins between the lines. In other respects the app is just great and awesome! Good job!

The app is simply great. Its simple and great. However.. after putting in more and more questions the site began to turn white when clicking on categories. I hope that gets fixed and I will give you a better rating!

This is the app we were looking for.
We use this app to get a nice main and product faqs.
The only thing we are missing is an option to get a faq duplicated.
It will be very helpful for webs like us, that every product needs his own faq, but same schema.

Normally I do not write reviews, but this has to be by far the most capable FAQ designer ever! Nevermind the fact that it is FREE! This value of which this gives is amazing and it is even better than all of the ones which you pay a lot of money for! If you are looking to create an FAQ page, you shouldn't go anywhere else. I swear worth it.
