I have installed and used many different apps inside Shopify some good some not so good, Feed Donkey however, is a breath of fresh air. I needed some specific help with Google Local Inventory ads which can be tricky. The app installed and worked without any fuss and the support from Martin was superb, it's rare these days to get such quick timely and helpful support, to say Martin went above and beyond is a genuine understatement, thank you Martin. If you need a reliable Google Feed to support your Google PLA Shopping Ads and or Local Inventory Ads from your Shopify store, you need not look any further!!!!
We were looking for a feed to connect our site to Vivino, the wine app. Other developers offered plans with many functions that we didn't need or wish to pay for—but Feed Donkey was able to provide just what we needed at a very competitive price. Martin helped us to set up product filters and location rules just the way we wanted them, and very quickly too. When it came to final implementation, It was a great disappointment to find that Vivino in our specific market requires a feed format not currently available from Feed Donkey, and we have unfortunately had to look for an alternative. I don't doubt that the same excellent service we received in setting up would have remained a feature of our subscription if only we had been able to pursue business with Feed Donkey.

If you need to easily build feeds for shopping and dynamic remarketing campaigns on Google, Facebook and other channels, Feed Donkey is the best app. I appreciate they offer a free plan up to 3000 skus/2 feeds. And their customer support has been outstanding!

I regret to say that my experience with the customer service was far from satisfactory. Despite numerous attempts to address a seemingly simple task, the communication was unfortunately inadequate, leading to a frustrating back-and-forth. This not only resulted in the loss of several days, but also failed to yield a resolution to the issue at hand. A better understanding of the customer's needs and clearer communication would significantly enhance the overall service experience. In this instance, I'm disappointed to say, those expectations were not met.
Hi there, we are clearly disappointed that you didnt have a positive experience and please accept our sincerest apologies. You say 'numerous attempts' though, we delivered only two initial versions of the feed for your testing - I must be clear - it is possible to stick the landing immediately but it is a far from unusual to have to try a few times before an ideal configuration is found.
I said in our last communication re the latest feed, there were still question marks about your exact requirements re. the product images. We had ideas of where to go should we not be successful & we would certainly have got there eventually given time. We didnt get to the third version of course however.
I'm sorry for the wasted time though & hope you do get sorted with another feed, but I would advise a little more patience for what its worth.
We completely take on board problems with delays in comms over the weekend however, we fell short of our normal high standards here & will seek to remedy this.
I contacted them before installing the app and they assured full technical support.
Don´t tell customers, you will offer full technical support if you don't. This ended up being a confusing experience. After wasting hours, the app had to be uninstalled again.
I'm disappointed that you are not happy with your experience but I think we need to add our side here. We offer full support within the scope of our service, i.e. the building of feeds and their delivery, this is what is and was communicated.
You are trying to move from a full feed management service, where they also manage your connections to your channels, and you do not touch any aspect of the setup/ config of the feeds or their maintenance.
You are trying to move from a paid for service to ours which for you is completely free yet you are expecting exactly the same fully managed service? I'm sorry but I think your expectations are off-beam here and I think everybody reading this will think the same also.
