FERO delivers a level of insight and analysis that far surpasses what we've been able to achieve with our existing reporting tools—both within Shopify and through third-party partners.
Craig has played a key role in providing thoughtful feedback and proactively helping our team uncover deeper opportunities than we imagined. Rodrigo has also been fantastic, offering a comprehensive report on the customer blockers we're facing at checkout. Notably, the insights from FERO extend beyond the checkout experience, influencing broader aspects of our conversion strategy—from landing pages to email flows and overall communications.

Working with FERO has been very eye-opening. As a premium accessories brand, we’ve always prioritised the customer experience, but FERO helped us see what was actually happening at checkout. The audit revealed distinct behavioural groups in our shoppers (like casual vs. indecisive buyers), and the insights on how to tailor the checkout experience for each group are incredibly actionable. Highly recommend.

We’ve been collaborating with Fero for a few months now, and it’s been an excellent experience!
