Pésima, la puse a escanear y me arrojó que ninguna foto estaba asociada a productos, revisé y si estaban asociadas. Por ende no la recomiendo, eliminada inmediatamente

Lamentamos mucho la experiencia que tuviste. Esto no debería haber ocurrido. En algunos casos, Shopify tarda unos minutos en sincronizar correctamente las fotos con los productos, lo que puede causar ese error temporal. Nos encantaría ayudarte a solucionarlo para que puedas aprovechar la app al máximo. Contamos con soporte en vivo directamente desde la aplicación, solo necesitas decir “Hola” y con gusto te asistiremos.

many file names returned "unanmed" and said they were not in use but after deleting it turned out they were in use.

Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely regret that you lost images you needed that’s a stressful situation, and we don’t take it lightly.

However, I want to clarify a critical distinction that we state clearly inside the app: Shopify’s API only provides usage data for product images. It does not tell us or any other app which images are being used in your theme files, site design, liquid code, or blog posts.

That’s exactly why we display bold caution messages before any deletion, advising users to manually verify files that aren’t explicitly tied to products. The “unnamed” files you saw are almost always theme-related assets that Shopify’s API cannot classify, which is why we flag them with extra warnings not as “safe to delete.”

We also noticed the deletion was completed within two minutes of installation. We strongly recommend taking a few extra minutes to review the caution flags we place specifically on theme/site design files, as those are entirely outside Shopify’s API visibility.
