I recently started using the Firework app for my Shopify store, and I have to say, my experience has been fantastic! Tal Kazmir has been incredibly patient and helpful in resolving various coding issues I encountered along the way. Their support has made the whole process much smoother. Overall, I am very satisfied with the app and hope it will help drive higher revenue for my store. Highly recommend!
The service and training are very comprehensive, and the usage and installation are straightforward and convenient. Definitely worth a try.
Onboarding was actually enjoyable, such a great team. The platform is super easy to use and looks great on our site. Very elevated in comparison to the other apps they claim to do the same thing

Fabulous sales team! We love Firework on our website and it was so easily integrated into our Shopify site. Customers who interact with our Firwork videos have been converting 11x higher than those who do not interact with a video. We look forward to continue working with them.

It's a good and easy to understand app. He was very thorough in explaining things until I was able to resolve any issues I had.

Increased conversion rate on multiple site points and increased value from the content we already paid for on other channels, what more could you ask for? Cymbiotika - Our experience with Firework has been great. We use firework for UGC videos on our Product Pages as well as using it for Livestreams when we do product launches. It is reliable and the team is also super responsive. We also recently used the simultaneous livestream feature to go live on Instagram and it was a success. We are excited to continuing working with Firework and all of its features!

Using Firework is easy. I was able to setup and add video in no time. There are a lot of customization options available. I have already started seeing higher engagement with my customers.
They do have many different solutions , so I'm looking forward to trying out other ways to incorporate video into my website.
