Why Aren’t They Buying? is designed to help Shopify store owners review their product pages, homepage, collection pages, and sales pages using AI shopper feedback, customer objections, shopper behavior insights, and conversion rate optimization suggestions.

In some cases, after changes are made to a Shopify store page, the app may still show similar issues if the updated page content has not fully refreshed yet, if the scan is still reading cached page information, or if the same conversion concern is still visible from the AI shopper’s point of view. For example, the AI shopper may continue to flag similar concerns around product page clarity, trust signals, pricing, customer confidence, page layout, or buying friction if those issues are still affecting the overall shopper experience.

We completely understand that repeat reviews should feel clearer and more useful after you make improvements, and we’re continuing to improve Why Aren’t They Buying? so merchants can better understand what changed, what still needs attention, and how to keep improving Shopify conversions over time.
