Very disappointed ... No access to a direct online service. The app hasn’t worked from the very start.

I could say that the app is pretty ok for the price but i am sure that you will run into some issues as we did soo it really needs some updates !

Keep in mind that the BIG downscale is the CUSTOMER SUPPORT ! I can show pictures of everything , they take like 2-4 weeks to even answer us on a issue ... even do we message them on 'live chat' and email multiple times a week , we are still getting no responses !

I advise everyone to take into consideration ower experience ... the sad part is that we already edited upwords of 2000+ individual items for their overlay and categories soo we cant even change them without spending a crazy time to redo everything with another app !

HELP! Andrew -- the app seems to be down as I cannot access it from my Shopify store. VERY critical as we are in Black Friday sales weekend and the collections aren't updating! THIS is the error we are getting: { "message":"An invalid response was received from the upstream server"
} Get this app, you won't be sorry! FlashSearch is a hidden jem on Shopify. Did a lot of research and trial and error testing other apps and we've been using Flash Search for a quite a while now with terrific results. Customers love the additional functionality and filters, and it's incredibly easy to use and customize. And the cost is very partner friendly too. In addition to a great search platform for both mobile and online, the support from the Flash team has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Andrew and team are always available and have even worked with us to implement a number of custom tweaks for our store and brand. Never a complaint, very patient, solution oriented, and top notch work. I've learned the hard way that Customer Support is absolutely critical on Shopify -- with so many app developers falling short here -- and the Flash team is among the very best on Shopify, hands down. Could not recommend them more highly and I don't give 5 stars easily.
