I've been using Flashbird to ship across GTA and Montreal for a few yeas now and it's been a game changer for my business. In the era of super expensive shipping charges across Canada,I found their rates the most competitive. Their service is amazing and Andy is so easy to communicate with. The packages are picked up from home and delivered within a day mostly. Great service. I always recommend them to all my small business owner friends.
I had a very disappointing experience with Flashbird. Their customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with, slow to respond, unhelpful, and they don’t take responsibility when issues come up.
The biggest problem was delivery: they repeatedly made promises about timelines and then didn’t follow through. If you’re relying on delivery commitments, don’t count on them.
Overall, this was the worst company to deal with. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Flashbird.
