3 Days, 3 Emails, no customer service from our original automated auto response. so hard to operate on Shopify without support from external apps

I'm Kwaku, the developer of Flook. I checked our support ticket and my colleague actually told you that you can uninstall the app and we will refund you any amount that will be charged to your account. From what I can see in our admin interface, Shopify actually charged you the amount 1 month later for the App which is why we missed it.
I apologize for that. I can see that $300 was already refunded when you downgraded so I will ask my colleague to refund the remaining amount right away and she will send you an email to confirm that your issue is solved.
