From 27 September 2026, shops selling to EU consumers must show the harmonised legal guarantee notice and, for products with a manufacturer's durability guarantee, the GARAN label. FloziWarranty creates both from the official EU templates in all 24 EU languages. Set guarantee periods per variant, by CSV import or with rules by vendor, product type or tag. A setup wizard places the labels on product pages, in the cart and on the thank-you page. The app reads no customer or order data.

FloziWarranty hat uns echt den Ar*** gerettet! Wegen der neuen Pflicht ab dem 27.09. dachten wir schon, dass jede Menge manuelle Arbeit auf uns zukommt. Stattdessen war die App in wenigen Minuten eingerichtet – unkompliziert und eine riesige Erleichterung.

Mega praktisch ist auch, dass man nur die Gewährleistung anzeigen lassen kann. Die Garantielabel brauchen wir nämlich nicht, da unsere Garantie nur für bestimmte Bauteile gilt und nicht für den gesamten Artikel. Diese Möglichkeit haben wir bei den anderen Apps, die wir uns angeschaut haben, nicht gefunden.

Jetzt hoffen wir, dass uns Ärger und Abmahnungen erspart bleiben. Klare Empfehlung!
