We have been using the app for several months now, and we're happy with the results. We can provide our customers a bigger discount than simply offering a traditional discount code. Customer support has been very helpful thus far.
The app does not work at all, I followed the instructions, but the cash back line item does not show in the shopping cart.
Terrible support as well, they just linked me to their help center without even reading my questions, and the wait time to get responses to my emails was really long.
1 Star because I atleast saw a little of what the app does. To sum up my review: For $159, terrible customer support wait times and if you're a growing business, even with over 600+ orders your first year and anticipating nearly triple your next year - they not going to give you any support.

Fondue is a great alternative to codes and coupons. We're getting more full price orders with an AOV increase of 12%, plus we doubled our popup welcome series opt-in rate. We've started using fondue outside of the welcome series and are seeing early signs of success. Start with an AB test in the welcome flow and go from there. Wow! Install time/setup, less then a day. ROI? Instantly. I can't believe the amount of people who are not opting in to the cash back. Truly game changing.
