Very easy to use app. I was confused about how to apply my custom fonts at first but I used the chat feature. Jade solved my problem right away. I am very happy I didn't have to write any custom code!
Extremely bad customer support. Support person leaves chat for an hour between correspondence with no notice then just leaves the chat with questions still pending with no answer. Seven hours later, still not able to install the font I purchased and no reply. Not acceptable. Update- They then harassed me with over 20 emails, begging and pleading for "another chance" then an email including insulting my country. "I thought that Canada is a beautiful place and people from there should be so kind.." STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.
I had some problems with the app. There could be some problems/bugs but Susan helped me to solve different problems! Good work!
No reason anymore to use default fonts! Although I had some problems with the app, I contacted service team and Jade was super fast and helpful!

I think this app is pretty good! Is probably the former app to customize the fonts in the Shopify store. When I had problems, the support team approached me and helped me with my problem. Thanks again to Jade for the support!!!
This app did exactly what I needed it to: change all the standard fonts to my custom fonts. I had one issue where I didn't know how to change a certain part of my homepage, but I reached out to the support chat and they helped me solve the problem within minutes. I also appreciate that Fontify charges a one-time fee rather than a recurring payment, because I only update my fonts once, not on a recurring basis. This app performed perfectly, the support was wonderful, and the price is great!
